2. Return Process

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

    Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged, or defective product).

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
